Kendra Wilde

is a parent wellbeing advocate and activist. As a mom of three who met burnout up close, she knows how exhausting and lonely it can be when your kids face emotional, behavioral, learning, or medical challenges. She realized the best way to help children thrive is to care for the caregivers.

Kendra created A Little Easier, a production of Wild Peace for Parents, to give parents a lift. Her mission is to make resilience resources accessible so we can all stress less and connect more. Kendra has a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, loves skiing on water or snow, and lives in the Boston area with her husband and their dog, Oscar.
